FBTC takes 1st, 3rd at LA Urban Challenge
3rd place, team Bluefin Snuffy at the Kiss star on the Walk of FameDecked out in their new Nike gear, both of FBTC's teams at the LA Urban Challenge qualified for the 2004 Urban Challenge Nationals to be held in Miami in November.
Finishing in first place were Dave Olds and Damian Garcia (with able support from David Foote on the ground and the whole War Room crew working the computers and maps).
Coming in third, some 30 minutes behind Dave and Damian and more than 30 minutes ahead of 4th place, was team Bluefin Snuffy (you figure it out) made up of Kevin Purcell, Nathan Sacco, and Tyson Sacco. They were also aided by the usual War Room crew with special shouts out to Peter Birney and Kari Friedman.
